How do I place an order?

Message us on WhatsApp with the book name, quantity and delivery location. Also tell us your option: Paperback only, E-book (PDF) only or Both. We will confirm availability, share the final payable amount and share the delivery timeline.

Can I email you instead of WhatsApp?

WhatsApp is the quickest option. If you prefer email, you can write to support@example.com with the book name, your requirement and your WhatsApp number for a faster reply.

What details should I share to avoid delays?

Share the book name (and link, if you have it), quantity, your delivery location, your preferred order option and any special notes. For E-book (PDF), we share delivery instructions on WhatsApp.

Which order options do you offer?

You can choose Paperback only, E-book (PDF) only or Both.

What does “Both” mean?

“Both” means you receive the physical book (paperback) delivered to your location and the E-book (PDF) shared digitally.

Are all books available in both formats?

Most books are available as physical books (paperback) and E-book (PDF). If a book is available in only one format, we will confirm it during ordering.

Pricing

How is pricing handled for the options?

Listed price applies to Paperback or E-book (PDF). If you choose Both, total is the sum of both formats. We confirm the final amount on WhatsApp before you pay.

Is delivery free across India for physical books (paperback)?

Yes. Delivery for physical books (paperback) is free across India. Delivery timelines vary by location and order size.

Do you offer discounts?

For bulk or institutional orders, we can share a quote based on quantities and delivery location.

Can prices change after I place an order?

We confirm the final payable amount on WhatsApp before you make payment. The amount shared at confirmation is what you pay for that order.

Payments and invoices

What payment methods do you accept?

We share payment details after confirming your order. All common payment options are supported, with UPI being the preferred option. For international orders, payment method depends on destination and order value and we will guide you on WhatsApp.

When do I need to pay?

Payment is typically required after order confirmation and before fulfilment. We will clearly tell you the next step while placing the order.

Do you provide invoices?

Yes. We can provide an invoice for your order. For institutional or GST-related billing, share your billing name, address and GST details if applicable.

Physical delivery (paperback)

How long does delivery take within India?

Timelines vary by delivery location and order size. We share an estimated timeline at the time of order confirmation.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Worldwide shipping is available. Shipping charges are payable extra and vary by destination.

Will I get tracking details?

For most shipments, we can share tracking details after dispatch. If tracking is not available for a particular service, we will inform you.

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

If the order has not been dispatched, address changes are usually possible. Share the updated address on WhatsApp as soon as you can.

What if my package is damaged or missing items?

Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the issue. We will review and guide you on the next steps.

E-book (PDF)

How do I receive the E-book (PDF)?

After payment confirmation, we share the E-book (PDF) delivery details on WhatsApp. The E-book (PDF) on this site is a personal, non-commercial single-user licence for the buyer.

Which devices can I use to read the PDF?

You can read it on a phone, tablet or computer using any standard PDF reader.

Is the E-book (PDF) a licence?

Yes. An E-book (PDF) purchase on this site is a licence for personal use by the buyer. It is meant for individual study and reference.

What is allowed under the personal licence?

The buyer can use the PDF on their own devices and keep a personal backup. You may print a copy for your own personal use, unless a specific book mentions otherwise.

Can I share the PDF with others or use it for multiple users?

No. The standard licence is for personal, non-commercial use only and for a single buyer. Sharing, forwarding, uploading, or making it available to a group, class, team or organisation is not allowed.

I need commercial use or a multi-user licence. What should I do?

Please contact us on WhatsApp with your use case and the number of users. We will share the appropriate licence options.

Can I use the E-book (PDF) for coaching, tuition or a group class?

Not under the standard personal licence. If you need classroom, coaching, organisational or commercial use, contact us for a multi-user or commercial licence.

What if I cannot open the PDF or the link stops working?

Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a screenshot of the issue. We will help you access the file again.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellation depends on the order stage. If printing or fulfilment has not started, we can usually cancel. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the status.

Do you accept returns for physical books (paperback)?

If there is a printing defect or delivery damage, share photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will support replacement or resolution based on the case.

Do you offer refunds for E-book (PDF) orders?

Since digital delivery is instant, refunds are typically not possible once the file is delivered. If you face an access issue, we will help you access the file.

I ordered the wrong book or wrong option. What should I do?

Message us on WhatsApp immediately. If fulfilment has not started, we can usually correct it.

Custom books and bulk orders

What are custom books?

Custom books are made to your requirement, for example a specific syllabus, institution, training programme or internal curriculum. Delivery can be a physical book (paperback), E-book (PDF) or both.

What should I share for a custom request?

Share your syllabus or outline, topics to include, target audience, preferred depth, expected page count, sample references and your deadline. We will suggest a plan and share a quote.

What details should I share for bulk orders?

Share the book list or topics, quantities per book, delivery location, required date and billing details. If you need branding, share your logo and instructions.
