These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase or request you place with us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

  • Orders are typically placed by messaging us on WhatsApp with the book name or SKU and quantity.
  • We confirm availability, the final payable amount and an estimated delivery timeline before you proceed.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if information provided is incomplete, incorrect or if fulfilment is not feasible.

Pricing and payments

  • Prices shown on the site are indicative and may change without notice.
  • The final payable amount is confirmed with you before payment.
  • Payments are accepted through the methods we share during order confirmation.
  • If a payment fails or is reversed, the order may be put on hold until resolved.

Shipping and delivery

  • We deliver physical books (paperback) to addresses across India where courier service is available.
  • Delivery timelines vary by location and order size. We share an estimated timeline at confirmation.
  • Please report visible transit damage as soon as possible with photos and order details.

Digital delivery

  • E-book (PDF) editions are delivered digitally via WhatsApp as agreed during confirmation.
  • An E-book (PDF) order on this site is a personal, non-commercial single-user licence for the buyer, unless a different licence is purchased.
  • Do not share, forward, upload or distribute the PDF. For multi-user or commercial use, contact us to buy a different licence.

Custom orders

  • Share your requirements in as much detail as possible (syllabus, outline, topics, sample content, formatting expectations and quantity).
  • Quotes and timelines depend on scope, complexity, revisions and quantity.
  • We may request approval on a sample or outline before final delivery.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

  • If you need to cancel, message us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once printing or dispatch has started.
  • For printed books, returns are assessed case by case. Please report issues quickly with photos and order details.
  • Custom work and delivered E-book (PDF) editions are generally not refundable unless there is a clear fulfilment error.

Intellectual property

  • All site content and all book materials are owned by us and remain our intellectual property.
  • Do not copy, reproduce, resell or distribute any content without our written permission.
  • For all orders, ownership of all content remains with us, and the permitted usage is based on the licence you buy.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India, as applicable.
